In the past five years the way in which we buy and sell property has dramatically changed. No longer do you need a big brand or a high street office loaded with sales people to sell your home. You just need one fully committed, straight talking, experienced and trusted advisor who you deal with from start to finish. I have been selling homes in the South of London now for the last 10 years, having started my career in Warlingham then joined one of London’s biggest corporate Estate Agencies (KFH) where I progressed quickly to become a Branch Director.
In May 2022 I took the decision to set out on my own so that I could offer the new modern way of selling homes to those who want a very personal service. No more dealing with the office junior, no more ‘out of office’ replies, just the same face and first class level of service from start to finish.
Property has always been a passion of mine, my father being an architect is most likely where I get my eye for detail and his desire to renovate houses and move numerous times over my childhood could be why I’ve ended up as an Estate Agent!
Between myself and my partner Toni we have almost 17 years experience in this industry and she joined the Jack Terry Property team in early 2024 as the Admin/Operations Director.
We can now say Jack Terry Property is a family run business which we are extremely proud of.
